Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following:
Step 1:
Spend a minimum amount in a single receipt from any outlet within GR.iD (1 Selegie Road, Singapore 188306) during the campaign period from now till 26 February 2026:
🧧 Minimum spend of $8 to receive 1 set of Chinese New Year red packets (6 pieces); or
🧧 Minimum spend of $18 to receive 1 set of Chinese New Year red packets (6 pieces) and 1 Hor-Seh prize, issued at random.
Step 2:
Present the original receipt(s) for verification and redemption at the Centre Management Office (CMO) located at #05-03, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, during the campaign period, excluding Public Holidays.
Step 3:
Ensure that submitted receipts meet the following criteria:
i. Receipts must clearly show the (i) transaction amount, (ii) date of purchase, which is within the campaign period ending 26 February 2026, and (iii) name of outlet, which is an outlet currently operating in GR.iD.
ii. Only valid original computer-printed payment receipts from any outlet in GR.iD will be accepted. Handwritten, duplicate, or invalid receipts will not be accepted. The Organiser’s decisions are final.
Only Eligible Participants who have completed all required steps are entitled to participate in the Hor-Seh @ GR.iD campaign.
Hor-Seh @ GR.iD is currently ongoing and will end on 26 February 2026.
Redemptions are available during the campaign period, subject to availability.
Each Eligible Participant may redeem rewards using a maximum of three (3) receipts during the campaign period, provided that all receipts meet the minimum spend and validation requirements
Redemptions are applicable to Chinese New Year red packets and Hor-Seh prizes only, and each eligible receipt is entitled to redemption based on the applicable spend tier.
There is a minimum spend of:
🧧$8 in a single receipt to receive Chinese New Year red packets; or
🧧$18 in a single receipt to Chinese New Year red packets and one Hor-Seh prize, issued at random.
Only receipts submitted during the campaign period will be considered valid.
Redemptions can be made at the Centre Management Office (CMO) located at #05-03, during the following hours, excluding Public Holidays:
🧧Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, and must be made within the campaign period.
