Gridiland @ GR.iD – Frequently Asked Questions

1. To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following: 

Step 1: 

Register on the Gridiland web app and choose one of the four lands – Food, Fun, Learn or Fitness. 

Step 2: 

Spend a minimum of $6 in a single receipt from any outlet within GR.iD (1 Selegie Road, Singapore 188306) during the campaign period from 1 August to 30 September 2026, then upload the receipt to your chosen land in the web app. 

Step 3: 

Ensure that submitted receipts meet the following criteria: 

1. Receipts must clearly show the (i) transaction amount, (ii) date of purchase, which is within the campaign period, and (iii) name of outlet, which is an outlet currently operating in GR.iD. 
2. Only valid original computer-printed payment receipts from any outlet in GR.iD will be accepted. Handwritten, duplicate, or invalid receipts will not be accepted. The Organiser’s decisions are final. 

Once your receipt is validated, you will earn points and a stamp. There are 7 stamps in total on your stamp card – 3 from Food, and 1 each from Fun, Learn and Fitness, plus 1 from the Snap Photo & Follow Social Media challenge. Collect stamps to light up all four lands, and spend across different lands to earn bonus points. Only Eligible Participants who have completed all required steps are entitled to participate in the Gridiland @ GR.iD campaign.

Each qualifying receipt (minimum spend of $6) earns points based on your spend: 

🎮 $6 – $15.99: 8 points 

🎮 $16 – $29.99: 15 points 

🎮 $30 – $49.99: 30 points 

🎮 $50 & above: 50 points 

The more you spend, the more points you earn. Rack up as many points as you can to redeem exclusive prizes! 

Your Gridiland stamp card has 7 stamps in total: 

🎮 3 stamps from Food 

🎮 1 stamp from Fun 

🎮 1 stamp from Learn 

🎮 1 stamp from Fitness 

🎮 1 stamp from the Snap Photo challenge 

🎮 1 stamp from Follow Social Media (upload a screenshot) 

Earn a stamp by uploading a qualifying receipt to the matching land, or by completing the Snap Photo & Follow Social Media challenge. Collect your stamps to light up Gridiland and unlock rewards. 

You can earn bonus points on top of your base receipt points in several ways: a one-time +150 points for spending across different lands (cross-land spend); 1 point per day from daily check-in, up to 5 days (max 5 points); +4 points from completing the Snap Photo and Follow Social Media stamps; and up to 12 points from the GRiDi Hunt. Details on the task-based bonuses: 

🎲 GRiDi Sure-Win Dice Roll: Complete the Snap Photo & Follow Social Media challenge to earn your special stamp. To complete it, follow our social media channels and upload a screenshot as proof, and snap a photo of the atrium activation and upload it. Once verified, present the approved receipt or reward screen at the atrium activation booth and roll the giant dice. Scan the QR code shown to receive your reward directly in the marketplace – everyone’s a winner! 

🔍 GRiDi Hunt: Find the GRiDi characters placed around the mall/atrium and scan the GRiDi Hunt QR code. You may scan up to 4 times, with each scan awarding 3 points – collect all 4 to earn up to 12 points in total. 

There is a minimum spend of $6 in a single receipt to qualify. Only receipts submitted during the campaign period will be considered valid. 

Redemptions can be made starting from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026: 

🎮 Inferno Gaming (#01-09), GR.iD during 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, daily 

Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, and must be made within the campaign period. 

Gridiland rewards include an exclusive Gridi plush, GR.iD cup holder, tenant vouchers and other prizes. All rewards are subject to availability and while stocks last, and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
