Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following: 

      Step 1: 
Spend a minimum of $5 in a single receipt from any outlet within GR.iD (1 Selegie Road, Singapore 188306) during the receipt submission period from 15 December 2025 to 23 December 2025.

 
Step 2:
 
Submit your receipt using one (1) of the following methods between 15 December 2025 and 23 December 2025: 

  • Drop the original receipt into the Jingle Jolly Christmas Box located at the Atrium. Participants must write their name, contact number, and email address on the back of the receipt; or 
  • Scan the QR code provided and upload the e-receipt via the online submission form. 

Step 3: 
Ensure that submitted receipts meet the following criteria: 

  • Receipts must clearly show the (i) transaction amount, (ii) date of purchase, which is within the receipt submission period, and (iii) name of outlet, which is an outlet currently operating in GR.iD. 
  • Photos of receipts submitted online must meet minimum visual quality standards. Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposures, compression artefacts or other degradations to image clarity will not be accepted and will be disqualified. The Organiser’s decisions are final. 

Only Eligible Participants who have completed all required steps are entitled to participate in the Jingle Jolly Christmas Draw. 

Jingle Jolly @ GR.iD will start from 15 December 2025 and end on 28 December 2025. 

The receipt submission period for the Jingle Jolly Christmas Draw is from 15 December 2025 to 23 December 2025. 

The Jingle Jolly Live Draw will take place on 23 December 2025. 

There is no limit to the number of receipts that an Eligible Participant may submit during the receipt submission period from 15 December 2025 to 23 December 2025, provided that all receipts meet the minimum spend and validation requirements. 

Each eligible receipt gives one chance to participate in the Jingle Jolly Christmas Draw. 

There is a minimum spend of $5 in a single receipt to participate in the Jingle Jolly Christmas Draw. 

Only receipts submitted within the receipt submission period from 15 December 2025 to 23 December 2025 will be considered valid entries.

Winners will be selected at random during the Jingle Jolly Live Draw held on 23 December 2025, from all eligible entries received between 15 December 2025 and 23 December 2025. 

The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
