Twilight Playground – Frequently Asked Questions

1. To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following: 

Step 1: Access the official campaign website (https://grid.skale.today/) through any of the following channels – (i). Advertisements, (ii) QR Code, and (iii) Referral.  

Step 2: Complete Registration for Digital Twilight Playground @ GR.iD.  

Step 3: Complete following challenges to earn points for rewards: 

• Purchase from any outlets within GR.iD (1 Selegie Road, Singapore 18306).
• Check in to Digital Twilight Playground @ GR.iD.
• Complete the challenges on A Journey through GR.iD (See table below).

Step 4:  

• Upload a receipt from GR.iD on the Digital Twilight Playground platform. Photo submissions of Official Receipt must meet the following criteria: 
  • Photo must clearly show the (i) transaction amount, (ii) date of purchase, which is within the campaign period, (iii) name of outlet, which is an outlet currently operating in GR.iD, and (iv) Official Receipt number. 
  • Photos must meet minimum visual quality standards. Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposures, compression artefacts or other degradations to image clarity will not be accepted and will be disqualified. The Organiser’s decisions are final. 

2. Points will be credited to your account after your submitted receipt has been verified (See table below). 

3. Rewards can be redeemed upon achieving the necessary accumulated points tally. 

4. Freebies are only applicable on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 6:00pm to 12:00am at Level 1 Atrium during the Campaign Period and subject to availability. 

5. View and redeem rewards in “Rewards”. 

Only Eligible Participants who have completed all Steps 1 to 4 are entitled to participate in the campaign. 

Digital Twilight Playground @ GR.iD  will start from 09 August 2024 10:00am and ends on 07 September 2024 11:59pm. 

Other events such as The Brew Garden and After Hours at GR.iD will start from 23 August 2024 6:00pm and ends on 07 September 2024 11:59pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

Each user can register once for the Digital Twilight Playground @ GR.iD. There is no limit to the number of receipts you can upload on the platform.

There is no minimum spend in order to participate in the Digital Twilight Playground @ GR.iD. Points will be credited to your account after your submitted receipt has been verified (See table below). 

You may go to the “Rewards” tab to download the reward that you have redeemed based on the number of points you earned throughout the campaign period.
