The vision of House on the Moon is motivated by the desire to offer a culinary concept that breaks boundary and tradition.

In recent years, the blending and blurring of boundaries between sweet & savoury courses has been increasing in popularity. At House on the Moon, we want to show that a multi-course haute cuisine can be curated using ingredients and techniques commonly associated only with desserts. Our arrangement breaks the norm that dessert is always last course or appetizer the first; rather we want to inspire the full palate of tastes and a sensorial dining experience.
